If you have not already registered for an account at licensing.scitools.com you will need to register by clicking on the Register link shown below.
- Enter your Name, Email Address, and create a Password. Once all this information has been entered, click on the Register button.
- Click on the Redeem Claim Code button and enter the claim code you received when you purchased your license and enter an Organization name that you would like the license associated with and then click on the Redeem button.
Your new license code will be generated and the details for the license are shown in a license card.
Using the License in Understand
If the computer using Understand has internet access follow the steps below to license Understand. If offline, follow these steps.
- Launch the Understand GUI and select Help > Licensing
- Enter the new license in the ‘License Code’ field
As long as it is a valid Understand code, Understand will launch.
